Our project aims to use objects within bedroom context as transactive memories and emotional deposits to de-stress users before they go to sleep and prepare them for the next day. We believe it is pretty common in today's fast paced world for individuals to feel stressed and overwhelmed. Today sound sleeping is an issue and helping individuals to reflect their emotions before going to bed and feeling relieved is helpful for their mental state. Additionally, we aim to motivate them for the incoming day and lead them towards positive mental change.
