Context

The inspiration of this project comes from my assigned research topic in User Research Course. The problem is prevalent that people feel difficult to get access to convincible and updated information about whether a laundromat is crowded or not. Even "Popular Times" on Google Maps tells something not accurate.

Process

I'd like to continue on this project even after the submitting it for Mid-Mini evaluation. Current version is quite simple and lack of robustness. There are also many ways to improve this bot. For example, staff in the laundromat should be able to update the data base through SMS when popular hours of the laundromat has changed due to bad weather, broken machine, etc.
